About the Role
The Lead Data Scientist will lead a team of five data scientists to analyze and present complex data for clients across industries, including healthcare, technology, and biotech. Responsibilities include developing data models, implementing machine learning algorithms, and translating data insights into actionable business strategies. The lead will mentor team members, oversee project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions that meet client needs.
Salary Range: $121,871 - $155,184.
Requirements
Master’s or Ph.D. in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Knowledge of healthcare, technology, or biotech industries is a plus.
